For AI agencies

More good work than hands. Or hands ready for good work.

Overflow brings working AI agencies, consultants, and builders into a private room and a standing matching layer built around evidence of project fit.

The right project and the right capacity rarely arrive on the same calendar.

Some client work is too large to staff alone. Some is too small or too far outside a shop's current fit. Across town, another proven operator may have the exact capacity or context the work needs.

Practitioners already doing the work.

Agency owners

When demand exceeds the bench

For shops that ship for clients and sometimes need another credible operator in the picture.

Consultants and small shops

When capacity is available

For experienced practitioners who want their real tools, domains, and project roles represented by evidence rather than a sales pitch.

Builders inside agencies

When peer context matters

For people actively building inside a client-service shop, even when they are not the person who routes every engagement.

Not the room

No generic lead list

The current site excludes staffing recruiters, tooling sales, and people who are only beginning to explore AI work.

Meet the network first, or submit evidence now.

Event attendance is the lighter path. Request an invite with your LinkedIn; no project-fit profile is required.

Standing membership is the higher-trust path. It requires a reviewed project-fit profile and organizer approval.

  1. Attend. Join the Austin room, hear what people build, and meet peers directly.
  2. Apply. Generate a project-fit profile locally and choose whether it stays private or becomes public.
  3. Stay available. Approved members remain in the private, queryable community rather than starting with a blank RSVP each time.

A project-fit profile is not a public directory listing.

Profiles are private to Overflow by default. An applicant can explicitly publish one, then later unpublish, replace, or delete the project-fit record through the secure management flow.

Overflow keeps LinkedIn on the private person record and rejects uploaded project-fit files that include LinkedIn or career sections.
