About the network

Overflow is where good work changes hands.

An invite-only community for AI agencies, consultants, and builders who already ship for clients. Austin events are the first room; the standing community is built to extend beyond one city.

Too much work is a good problem, until the right hands are missing.

AI shops regularly meet projects too big to staff alone and projects too small to take. Overflow gives working practitioners a place to know one another before that next handoff matters.

One network, two ways in.

01 / Events

Come to the room

Austin events use a lightweight RSVP and separate approval. A project-fit profile is not required to attend.

02 / Membership

Join the standing community

Applicants submit a reviewed project-fit profile. Membership is approved by the organizer, and members are invited to each event.

03 / Project fit

Show work, not a résumé

The assessment runs through a coding agent on the applicant's machine. The applicant reviews the result before anything is uploaded.

04 / Matching

Keep evidence queryable

Approved profiles produce structured skills and project-fit data for Overflow's private matching layer. Public publication is a separate choice.

Organized by Sam Gaddis.

Sam hosts Overflow and reviews event requests and standing-community applications. The public site identifies him as the organizer for the Austin room.

Questions about the community, an application, event records, or a project-fit profile can go directly to Sam.
